I visited Centrul de Resurse in Fotografie in Bucharest

I met the photographers from the photocentre CdRF in Bucharest when they came to the artcentre Nitja just outside of Oslo for an exhibition collaboration they were doing together. They also stopped by at the CYAN community darkroom that I run, to gather some inspiration for their own darkroom project. And then I was invited by Nitja to travel to the exhibition opening for their collaboration at CdRF in Bucharest.

The exhibition shared between CdRF and Nitja showed works by Romanian photographer Toma Hurduc and Italian-Norwegian photographer Giulia Mangione. It turned into a really nice trip where I got to know not only the photocentre but also the analog photolab Isopatruste, visit the Artschool photodepartments annual exhibition and get to know the city of Buchares closer.
Now I am looking to plan for a workshop to share with the photoschool at the CdRF in the future.

Jeg besøkte Centrul de Resurse in Fotografie i Bucharest

Jeg møtte fotografene fra fotosenteret CdRF i Bucharest da de var hos kunstsenteret Nitja i Lillestrøm i forbindelse med et utstillingssamarbeid der. De besøkte også CYAN mørkerom for å ta en titt og samle inspirasjon til utbyggingen av sitt mørkerom og jeg ble invitert av Nitja til å være med til utstillingsåpningen til deres samarbeidsprosjekt med CdRF i Bucharest.

Utstillingen mellom CdRF og Nitja viste arbeider av den rumenske fotografen Toma Hurduc og den italiensk-norske fotografen Giulia Mangione.
Det hele ble en utrolig fin tur hvor jeg ble både bedre kjent med Fotosenteret og fikk møte den analoge fotolaben Isopatruste, tittet innom Kunsthøyskolen sine fotostudenters årsutstilling og blitt bedre kjent med Bucharest.
Nå håper jeg å få til en ny tur dit og kanskje bidra med et nytt kurstilbud ved fotoskolen hos CdRF.
